For those who veganism is a way of life and attitude, the news is becoming more and more better as in many aspects of everyday life great progress is being made. Abstaining from the use of animal products in both diet and lifestyle seems ideal and fair to the natural chain of life, however, its implementation is a great challenge and often becomes very difficult.

Nowadays in our country as well, vegan choices both in food and in daily necessities have increased and tentative steps are being taken in the field of tourism as well. A vegan resort is not new for popular destinations abroad, but in Greece the options are minimal to non-existent.

When referring to a vegan resort, we mean not just a hotel that provides the guest with the possibility to choose vegetarian dishes among other culinary menus, but we mean a resort where veganism is the fundamental philosophy of its operation.

In the ideal vegan resort, the visitor should find in abundance what he advocates and adopts in his daily life. Gastronomic vegetarian dishes made from pure ingredients, raw vegan creative recipes, furniture and utility items made from natural materials, cosmetics and care items exclusively from products of plant origin, are the essentials that a vegan resort should have.

In a vegan resort, all guests have a common way of thinking and philosophy of life, and the atmosphere that the interior and exterior exudes should be worthy of their expectations. Veganism requires strength and discipline and for that reason a vegan resort shouldn't be treated just as a source of income.
